Dr. Gouthami Nalakonda is a published, board-certified Hospitalist who joined UT Health San Antonio as an Assistant Professor/Clinical in September 2023. Dr. Nalakonda earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences in Karimnagar, India in 2019 before going on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in June 2023, where she was also a member of the rapid-response quality control committee. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Physicians and the American College of Allergy and Immunology.
