Ariana Lewis, MD

Dr. Lewis graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then earned her MD in 2017 from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She stayed at UT Health San Antonio and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2021. During residency, she received the Creighton L. Edwards MD Award in Compassionate Care in 2019 and the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award from 2018-2020. Dr. Lewis joined the faculty at UT Health San Antonio in August 2021. Her interests include prevention of surgical site infection, abnormal uterine bleeding, quality improvement, medical student education, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in medicine.
