Assistant Professor/Clinical
Nursing professor, nurse practitioner, and novice researcher with over 10 years’ experience in nursing, specifically in pediatrics. Experienced in teaching students in the clinical setting and simulation, using a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, games, and interactive lectures, both in person and virtual to promote critical thinking and student success. In addition to teaching, I provide family-centered care for children ages zero to five years old who are at high risk for neurodevelopmental delay at an interdisciplinary clinic, as well as run statistical analysis on data collected for research purposes.
